Hi everyone!
I am a new owner to a classic 1977 RA29 fastback Celica and I live in Twin Falls, Idaho.
I am doing a full resto and mods to this car that are out of this world!
I will upload pics soon, but I only just registered to this site about 5 minutes ago.
To give you some idea of the "Godzilla project" I am installing a 2nd. Generation Suzuki Hayabusa 1340 C.C. motor with stage 3 ECM update, and a stage 2 turbo for over 400 RWHP.. with 13000 RPM redline!
The busa' engine is DIRECT DRIVE 3:1 ratio from the busa' 6spd. trans to the reverse control and to the drive line of the car. Meaning: I can take off in 5th gear and literally burn the tires off of the car, if I like.
The car is professionally lowered ..er, SLAMMED with front and rear fully adjustable coil overs, and trimmed with Willwood discs that are wrapped in 17" x 10" TSR golds in the rear and 16" x 8" in the front. The body and interior has been gutted to a mere 1800 +/-Lbs. There are too many upgrades to list! cage, carbon seats, carbon body panels, and sx300 full carbon pikes peak wing, vents, air dam..more, more, more!!! lol.
I am seriously looking forward to putting a certain youngster in his place that drives a new GTR around my town.. That, and some vettes, and bikes, and all those little noisy Honda cars that think they are quick.
