Hi all.....i did a bit of posting on cc but not much,i'm also on Nostalgics and http://www.oldjapanesecar.com and http://www.retro-rides.com amongst others

Here's my 22 (it's in bits now being built bigger better and stronger but is on hold while i sell my Mitsi FTO to raise some cash)

And here's my daily,i wasn't going to do anything but drive it,but it's now about 10 foot lower with some Konig B.Bombs going on her,new exhaust and other bits and bobs.

i love the fto man. im not much into front wheel drive cars but idk i just love the ftos desing. i wish the made them in the us

Yeah,the fwd is the only thing that lets it down....it handles superbly for a fwd though.
It was the looks that first attracted me to it,that and the sound of the 2 litre v6 screaming away at 8200 rpm 8) Although with the relatively low power and torque i decided to bang a turbo on it.....now it goes like it should've done from the factory.The FTO was a jdm only car so any outside of japan are imports.

I'd love to get my hands on a '71/'72 Galant FTO.

hey,

nice looking TA22, good to see another from the UK, i'm in Durham, currently have a TA22 in resto and an RA61 I picked up at the weekend, that my brother is currently using while we fix his Hilux!
