Hello from San Diego!

Post by pimprascal »

What’s up folks! I am a new owner of a 1971 Toyota Celica which I bought from Johnny (71PASSEDU) who by the way is a very cool dude and some of you may know him. I will keep you guys all updated with the build as soon as I finish my other project (Lexus GS430) which is almost complete. I will be around the forum learning as much as I can before I start on the Celica. Here is a picture of the new ride and my other project car.

Thanks Exodus! Just remember going VIP can get VERY expensive I guess the same goes to fixing up classis cars as well. I will be definitely giving a lot of love to the celi once I start on it. I will also be hitting you up to do some work on my car as well. I want to do a motor swap and I will pm you the details. Thanks!

yea celica's can get expensive too.... depending on what INITIAL PLATFORM you start off with.... me personally i lost count after $13,000 into my celica and it's not running yet.... also because i do the work MYSELF you know. so yea i know what you mean by being expensive.....

yea man hit me up when you are ready.... we'll take care of ya... whatever you want done....

dont know if you've seen my cousin's 2jzgte powered 73 carina.... we did the swap for him..... so yea...
