Vic Keep a close eye on the fuel filter and look for rust in there, if the car was sitting for a long time then the tank may be rusted inside. That will cause you endless problems and needs to be addressed befor you rebuild/replace the carb. You might as well find a set of headers and install them ...

Thanks! I really appreciate it! I'm still hunting, looking for the right car... My only advice, stay patient and dont jump fast to one. Thats what I did. I saw much better ones later. They come in waves tho. There wont be any for a little bit, then there'll be a bunch. I only wanted 76/77 Liftback....
