Re: 77 Celica GT use RallyCross

Very awesome, and welcome to the board! Couple of questions.

1: What's with the drawing and symbols all over the head and the valve cover?

2: Is that a 1st Gen CRX one piece CF hood in the background there?

Re: New to Celicas

Welcome to the forum!

I don't know if I'd call that first one a beater. Looks like it's a had a pretty good going through before, so if you bolted all those facial parts on I'd say that's worth $5k in the states, (at least on the eastern half it would be). It'd be like half that in California.

Re: Hello! '75 owner.

Celica looks awesome! Welcome to the board. You can buy and upgraded front anti-sway bar from Summit Racing, hopefully you are running poly end-link and sway bar bushings (those will greatly reduce roll). With that wide of a Hoosier I'm not surprised that you needed to bump up to reduce body roll. B...

Just moved it over to the intro section. No worries mate, and welcome aboard!

I tried to merge the two, and I somehow deleted the other 2 replies from the second intro thread, my mistake and many apologies! :(

Re: 1977 GT Owner

So there's the rest of the car! Welcome aboard! That's the way I always wanted to do projects anyways. Get the driveline sound, then work on aesthetics. Some body panels and a re-paint and it'll be a head turner again!
