Thanks for the comments guys!! Over here once the car is 30 years old it's exempt from safety and emission tests (for the time being anyway). Forgot to mention it's a Jap import, I'm the first owner outside Japan. Hey c76, what's with the GIF?, my daily driver is a Renault, that's just not on :) .....
