Hi all,
Signed up a while ago after seeing a link on Toymods but haven't really got around to participating in the site. As my username says I'm pretty Celica mad and have had a few, my pride and joy is OTA22, a '75 TA22, as close to a GT spec as I could possibly make it.
The original inspiration for this build actually came from a photo I saw on Toymods about 6yrs ago of Andy's car sitting in a driveway, just blew me away. Until that time I had planned on painting it british racing green but that soon changed.
Here she is.
I did eventually restore another TA22 and painted that the original factory metallic green, unfortunatly I moved from property back into suburbia and had to sell it as I only had one lockable garage. Luckily a toymodder from Sydney bought it and has keep it in exactly the same condition, this was taken at a Toymods event last weekend.
Cheers
Scott

Only the red one OTA22 now, the green one LTA22, is now in Sydney NSW, its funny I bought it from Sydney transported it to QLD, restored it and then sold it back to another NSW'er.
