first time caller, long time listener...

Post by vondoom »

A hoy hoy!

Just wanted to drop a quick line and say hello. I have owned a 1990 Celica Alltrac for many a moon, but now I add to the stable a 1974 Celica ST. I will have many questions, and I promise to search for them first. I know very little about these cars, but I am learning fast as there is just so much information here on this forum!

She's got an 18rc in her, it was a crate motor that was bought in the 70s and never installed when the previous owner found it, so its about as brand new a motor as they come for a near 40 year old car. That being said I am reading that the 18rc is not a terribly "mod-able" engine for much more power. So maybe i do a swap, but in the meantime shes a solid, albiet slow, runner. So maybe supsension first.

anywho, i'll start to ramble if i dont cut myself off now. Ill post pictures when i can figure out how...
