Hello from SF Bay Area

Post by heleaka »

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and a new owner to a nice 77 celica Liftback. I've had it about three months now and I've been fixing it up. It's been taken care of for the most part but it definitely needs some love. I've already fixed the rear interior weatherstripping and stripped out the whole interior. Changed out to new carpet and updated the old dash with a new one as well as clean up the whole area. So the seats are back in and working on rebuilding the carb. It's going ok so far as long as the super tight screws don't get stripped. After the carb I'm looking to redo the exterior weatherstripping and then get a nice paint job. Also need to redo the seats...anyone know a good place for cheap? So step by step. So that's my intro.

Does anyone know where I could get replacement bumpers, I'm looking for a cleaner smaller finished bumper. I'm still looking around but if anyone knows someone or has a link that'd be great!

All right that took me a while to figure out how to upload images to this forum. so i hope it worked.

I cant wait for some body work to be done and sweet paint job. Just trying to get the bumpers together first as well as fix the rear window weatherstripping. a bit of rust to sand down and primer over too.

Hope you all enjoy.
