Hi everyone
I previously put my "intro" post into the project section (sorry). I recently got a 72 RA21. I'm from Ft. Worth, TX but I'm currently living in Albuquerque, NM. (Any other ABQ 1st gen owners here??) It was very difficult finding a 1st gen, I ultimately found it in Kansas and had it shipped here. The car suffered a minor hit to the right front corner but looks decent other than that. I've already got a fender but I'll need a front smiley and a corner lamp. It runs pretty good. The car has an 18rc with a 5 speed and header which will soon be for sale as I'm swapping in a 2rz. Any help with a transmission crossmember will be GREATLY appreciated. I look forward to learning alot from this community. This swap is definitely going to push my limited expertise to the ABSOLUTE LIMITS so I'm open to ANY AND ALL assistance!

Real nice looking car.. Im still searching but i dont get home for 2 more weeks so i have time i saw this cool ratrodded bmw e30 in fayetteville, nc (via a friend) and was like thats what i need to do with a celica..

Every time i scroll through west coast craigslist sections, i see your car and im like im going to email him 'nice car'.... Then im like, Ill wait for a time on the forum...
