April 08, 2009 Ok, today I'm going to replace the door inner weatherstrips. No screws & nuts to play with. Just a screw driver will help. Is so easy, just plug & play.

Nothing much to say, just enjoy the pics.


Both door interior panel are in ready mode...




Here we go, for the first, i,e driver side




Use the screw driver & pull out the rotten one





Just a few seconds, it spilt out...




Now clean up the panel before fix new one




Oppppsssss.... my "model" (my youngest child) just come to disturb his dad... ok a shoot for him




Huhuhu... the new one... Yummy....

Just plug it & done in seconds...






Next.... for the passenger side.... just repeat the process

April 08, 2009 Hmmm.... the seats are like shits... The time has come to replace the skins...










Sent them to the cusion maker....



Well this the shop, just few miles away fm my house. Good quality & good price. (much cheeper than others, I have surveyed almost 10 shops)



hmmmm... what for the skin??? fabric? PVC? PU? or leather???

Here the price;

Fabric or PVC, just RM450 (no matter any design, any type of fabric or any time of color)

PU

Normal PU (a bit hot), RM550
Advance type PY (neer to leather perform), RM600

Leather

Full leather, RM2000
HALF LEATHER, rm1600

April 10, 2009 Today is to fit carpet & anything inside the cabin....




See the "lantai" damn cun as mint, no karat & lubang2. Lucky me...






The ori carpet (front part) only got for passenger side & center. For driver side masa beli mmg dah tak de....




Never mind, my friend in OZ is happy to get 1 set for me... huhuhu..... I get the replacement...








Done for today, include fixed up centre console & as well the seat belt....

April 12, 2009 Some update... After keeping for long 12 months after it was restored. Now this 2T-B is ready to mate with it chassis sooner.










April 25, 2009 The D-day has arrived... The 2T-B 1600cc OHC 4 in-line, twin carb down draught will meet its partner, the TA28 chassis today!!!!

Found a used 2T-GEU in a yard. Will turned it to 2T-G plus twin weber 45 dcoe & to replace the 2T-B.
