New from Tennessee

Post by BoostMe »

Hello Everyone. My name is Brent.

I joined up a few weeks ago after purchasing my 75 Celica ST and thought I would say hello to everyone.

I have mainly built high dollar 240s in the past but have been scouting a 1st Gen Celica for over 6 months and finally picked up one in Birmingham. I have started a few small things such as seats, blacking out the front and rear, and a lot of cleanup however for a 75 with only 65k miles it is 95% rust free. I have also ordered a custom set of all smooth (no license plate cut-outs or holes) smileys from Foxau2. The seats are from a 2002 Celica. I am 6'2" so i welded in new seat mounting points. I am sure I will have a lot of questions for some of the more experienced owners so I am glad this forum is here.

Here are a few pics...

Very nice! You are lucky to find one in such great shape! Check out Toyota Celica Owners of East Tennessee on facebook, and you can hit me up on there as well :)
